Tesda Tarlac Leadership Turn Over Ceremony
SAN MIGUEL, Tarlac – TESDA Tarlac Provincial Office through its outgoing Provincial Director Elizabeth DM. Manio made a smooth turn over ceremony to the incoming Provincial Director John B. Adawey on 24 February 2020 held at Max’s Restaurant, Luisita Business Park, San Miguel, Tarlac City.
The program started with the welcome remarks led by Mr. Nicolas O. Sacramento, Supervising TESD Specialist then followed by the transferring of key responsibilities.
Director Manio happily welcomed the incoming Director Adawey and made testimonies to her subordinates and TESDA partners. She thanked them for the good friendship that were established whereas sometimes there were ups and downs but totally managed through the participation of everyone. She noted that with her fruitful years in TESDA Tarlac, she really enjoyed working with them. In fact, she considered this as one of her unforgettable memories in government throughout her service. On the other hand, Director Manio said that she was certainly excited with her new opportunity to subsume position in Central Office.
Mr. Leonardo R. Tabamo, Chief Administrator of PTC-Tarlac formally introduced the new PD.
Director Adawey thanked Director Manio, officials of TESDA Tarlac and TESDA partners with the warm welcome for him. In his speech, He encouraged all the officials and employees together with all the partners TVI’S to remain productive thru continuously promoting TESDA programs in conformity with the existing rules and guidelines. He also emphasized the three hall mark that will guide their actions, “speed, efficiency and integrity”. He elaborated to speed all the programs and be effective by getting all the targets on time and work with honesty to maintain the integrity of the institution.
TESDA partners, Bishop Mario B. Gaña, President of PAHETI – Tarlac, Dr. Estelita G. Pineda, President of TATVI, VW Resurrecion R. Colonel, PDDGM Masonic District 3-Tarlac and Nida Duco, Provincial PESO manager of Tarlac were given time to thanked and welcomed the outgoing and incoming PDs.
Dr. Alvin L. Yturralde, Administrator of Conception Vocational School made the closing remarks, he ended the program with sort of excitement by welcoming the new PD adawey with open arms, he also thanked PD Manio for the job well done in the Province.
