Graduation Day of the TESDA Concepcion Vocational School Diploma Program Scholars
The Concepcion Vocational School (CVS) proudly celebrated the Graduation Day of the Class of 2025 on December 18, 2025, at exactly 5:00 PM at the CVS campus. The momentous occasion honored the successful completion of the Diploma in Agricultural Technology A, Cookery, Electrical Installation Management, Bread and Pastry Production, and Swine Production programs.
The program formally commenced with the processional of the Graduating Class of 2025, followed by the CVS faculty and personnel and distinguished guests. The ceremony opened with the singing of the Philippine National Anthem and a solemn doxology, “Give Thanks,” setting a reverent and celebratory tone for the event.
A warm welcome address was delivered by Mr. Rico D. Briones, Vocational Instruction Supervisor, who acknowledged the dedication, perseverance, and hard work of the graduates, faculty, and parents who contributed to the students’ success. The Presentation of Candidates was led by Dr. Consolacion A. Talisik, followed by the Confirmation of Candidates by Dr. Maria Andaya-Roque, Provincial Director of Tarlac, officially recognizing the graduates’ eligibility to receive their diplomas.
The highlight of the ceremony was the inspirational message delivered by Atty. Balmyrson M. Valdez, Regional Director. In his address, he encouraged the graduates to remain passionate, disciplined, and committed to lifelong learning. He emphasized that the skills they have gained are not only instruments for personal advancement but also vital contributions to community development and national progress.
The Distribution of Certificates and Special Awards was graciously facilitated by Atty. Balmyrson M. Valdez, Dr. Maria Andaya-Roque, and Dr. Consolacion A. Talisik, recognizing the graduates for their academic achievements and exemplary performance throughout their training.
The ceremony was further enriched by the rendition of the Commencement Song, “A Million Dreams,” symbolizing hope, aspirations, and the bright future that awaits the graduates. The program was smoothly and enthusiastically hosted by the Masters of Ceremony, Ms. Amapola Jana P. Malonzo, LPT, and Mr. Carlos D. Mola, LPT, whose professionalism and energy added warmth and pride to the celebration.
As the program concluded, Concepcion Vocational School celebrated not only the academic accomplishments of its graduates but also the promising futures of its new farmers, chefs, electricians, bakers, and animal care specialists—individuals ready to serve industries and inspire communities.
