TESDA Tarlac Sends Focal Persons to Train on Internal Quality Audit
TESDA Tarlac sent a contingent headed by TESDA Tarlac Provincial Director Ben-Hur B. Baniqued to train on Internal Quality Audit under the ISO 9001:2015 system at Urban Table Bistro, Telebastagan City of San Fernando on May 15-16, 2017.
The resource person, Allan DG Fabella, opened the training with the broad outline of Internal Management System Auditing based on ISO 1901:2011.
Next to be tackled were the types of audit and the seven Quality Management Principles.
The discussion dove deeper when the group took on the intricacies of the Internal Quality Audit Principles. In dept exchange revolved around Evidence Based Approach.
After that, the activity flowed into interested parties, their need, expectations, and how should it be satisfied.
Then the meat of ISO9001:2015 took center stage when the relevant clauses for Unified TVET Program Registration and Accreditation System (UTPRAS), Certification and Assessment System, Human Resource Management, Purchasing System, Document Control System, and Leadership.
The second training saw the audit training knee deep in writing audit findings.
Writing audit findings strangely reminded everyone of studying the Bible, where one has to cite the non-conformity, the standard requirement, and to lend authority to the findings, the chapter and verse supporting it. In the case of the issue at hand, pertinent the clauses of ISO9001:2015.
In dept discussions also revolve around major non-conformity, minor non-conformity, and opportunity for improvement, which prove contentious as any religious debate.
The session ended with strong emphasis on grammar.
