TESDA Tarlac PD presents Programs to SB Members of La Paz, Tarlac
LA PAZ, Tarlac – TESDA Tarlac Provincial Director Ben-Hur B. Baniqued presented the programs of TESDA Tarlac Provincial Office, Provincial Training Center – Tarlac, and Concepcion Vocational School to the Sangguniang Bayan Members of La Paz town, Tarlac during their monthly session.
PD Ben expounded on the two pronged poverty reduction agenda of the Duterte Administration focusing on Investing in Human Capital and Matching Skills to Training to Meet Manpower Demand.
The flagship program, “Barangay Kasanayan para sa Kabuhayan at Kapayapaan,” (BKKK) was explained in depth as this will anchor all programs and activities of the Authority in the province of Tarlac.
Particulars of the BKKK include the program framework comprising of; Community Profiling, Social Preparation, Training Design and Delivery, and Post Training Assistance.
Also tackled were the On-line scholarship Application System, TESDA On-line Training Program, Types of TESDA Scholarships, the 2017 Barangay Skills Need Survey, Accredited Technical Vocational Institutions, and registered programs.
