TESDA Tarlac Plants Trees in Celebration of Women’s Month

TARLAC CITY, Tarlac – TESDA Tarlac employees, staff, and Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act (UAQTEA) scholars planted trees along the entrance to the Tarlac IT Park at San Isidro, Tarlac City, Tarlac on 22 March 2019 in celebration of Women’s Month.
The event was spearheaded by Norberto L. Evaristo, TESDA Tarlac Administrative Head, and Leonardo R. Tabamo, Provinical Training Center – Tarlac Administrator.
During the event around 75 fruit and shade trees were planted such as Kamagong – native to the country and bears fruit commonly known as velvet apple or mabolo, Duhat, and Langka.
Earlier in the week, a Zumba event was held at the IT Park Oval attended by TESDA Tarlac employees, staff, and scholars.
