TESDA Tarlac meeting with the Community Training and Employment Coordinators (CTECs) Members- Tarlac

TESDA Tarlac headed by Provincial Director Engr. John B. Adawey attended a meeting with the Community Training and Employment Coordinators (CTECs) Members- Tarlac held at Hilltop Cuzzins Grill, Sta. Lucia, Capas, Tarlac on August 17, 2021.

TESDA coordinates with the LGUs through the Community Training and Employment Coordinators (CTECs) to provide community-based training and enterprise development (CBTED) programs in the localities. CTECs are LGU personnel designated by the local chief executives (LCEs).

The Guidelines on the Implementation of Technical Education and Skills Development (TEED) Program in the Local Government Units through the Community Training and Employment Coordinators (CTECs) was also discussed and highlighted the Duties and Responsibilities of each party in the conduct of the program.

The following updates on the Community Based Training (CBT) conducted in each municipality was also discussed and presented. 

The body also agreed to establish the CTEC Officers and Members.
