TESDA Tarlac Rocks 1st Quarter GAD Activity

SAN RAFAEL, Bulacan – Employees of TESDA Tarlac Provincial Office, Provincial Training Center – Tarlac (PTC – Tarlac), and Concepcion Vocational School (CVS) participated in the 1st Quarter GAD Activity with the theme “Learning the Right Approaches & Life Skills to Strike Life and Work Balance and Harmony at San Rafael, Bulacan on January 31 to February 1, 2018.
The first day was spent on discussions on personality types of participants according to the personality test results taken earlier in the week.
Each participant read their personality type’s positive and negative traits while the fellow employees gave feedback how closely typical is the reader to the ideals of each type.
After dinner, Janette Pascual, Guidance Counselor of CVS gave a talk on achieving life work balance and gender relations in the workplace.
The following day was spent on teambuilding such as: tandem kayaking ang paddle boarding, and other water activities designed to emphasize the cooperative nature of professional relationship.
A sumptuous river boat lunch tour rounded the activity and evidently brought everyone closer with plans for more inter-office outings already in the works.
