Project Hope 2nd Batch Orientation PTC Tarlac
PTC TARLAC, Tarlac City – The Eduardo Cojuangco Foundation, Inc. (ECF) provides scholarships thru Project HOPE (Hone Out-of School Youth to be Productive and Empowered) which aims to develop the technical-vocational and entrepreneurial skills of out-of-school segment in the community, prepare them for the world of work, enhance their livelihood skills in order to become productive citizens of the community and country and to provide job opportunities for them upon completion of their courses.
The project, in its second year, began orientation of its 2nd batch of scholars at the lecture room of the Provincial Training Center, San Isidro Tarlac City.
The orientation is aimed at setting the tone of the project and making sure that each scholarship grantee is fully aware of their role in during and after the training.
The main part of the orientation is mostly handled by the Department of Education Tarlac Division Office Special Project Supervisor Dr. Luisa Bondoc.
Mr. Noel Alconcel, ECF Tarlac Project Manager, emphasized the importance of being an active part of their community’s economic development.
TESDA Tarlac representatives oriented the students on the importance of demonstrated competence and personal commitment to excellence in their daily conduct.
Orientations were also scheduled for other municipalities of Tarlac.
